MANAGEMENT SCOPE

Led workplace operations for 400+ attorneys and professional staff across facilities, office services, events, catering, reception, and employee experience. Responsible for vendor management, service contracts, procurement, and budget oversight while ensuring every aspect of the physical environment met the standards the firm's clients and partners expected.

Directed conference services, workplace hospitality, and attorney support operations, ensuring seamless execution of client meetings, recruiting programs, internal events, and business critical activities. Partnered with firm leadership to evaluate workplace priorities, implement service strategies, and align operations with evolving business needs.

ACUMEN GAINED

Gibson Dunn reinforced that world class hospitality and institutional excellence are not in conflict. They are the same thing, expressed differently. Collaborating directly with practice group leaders, practice managers, and firm partners required tailoring space, services, and support to the specific demands of depositions, mock trials, hearings, and high touch client engagements.

Each interaction was an opportunity to demonstrate that the workplace itself was part of the firm's standard of excellence. Leading a team of ten workplace professionals through performance management, SOP development, and operational planning built the discipline of delivering consistently at the highest level, regardless of what the day required.
