1. Introduction and Scope

This Privacy Notice describes how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, and protected in connection with the website located at warrenbmushinge.com, together with all subdomains and pages made available through it (the "Site"), which is owned and operated by Warren B. Mushinge (the "Owner," "I," "me," or "my").

This Privacy Notice applies solely to the Site. It does not apply to any third-party website, platform, application, or service, including any site reached through a link appearing on the Site.

By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Notice. Your use of the Site is also governed by the separate Terms of Use.

The Site is a personal, informational website. It does not sell products or services, does not process payments, does not operate user accounts or logins, and does not operate an advertising network.

3. Information Collected Directly From You

The Owner collects personal information only where you voluntarily provide it, such as when you submit a contact form, subscribe to updates, or send correspondence. Information provided in this manner may include your name, email address, organization, role, and the substance of your message.

You are not required to provide any information in order to browse the Site. Any information you elect to provide is provided voluntarily.

Any unsolicited information you transmit through the Site will not be treated as confidential or privileged.

6. No Sale of Personal Information

The Owner does not sell your personal information, and does not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. The Site does not engage in interest-based advertising.

The Owner cannot and does not guarantee the absolute security of any information transmitted to or from the Site, and any transmission is undertaken at your own risk.

Residents of Virginia (under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act), California (under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act), and other jurisdictions with applicable data protection legislation may exercise the rights afforded under those laws.

To exercise any such right, contact the Owner using the details in Section 13. The Owner will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law and may require reasonable verification of your identity before acting on any request. You will not be subjected to discriminatory treatment for exercising any privacy right. If your request is denied, you may appeal that decision by contacting the Owner in writing, and where applicable law provides, you may lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory or regulatory authority.

The Site is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, children under the age of thirteen (13). The Owner does not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen (13). If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Site, please contact the Owner and the information will be deleted.

The Site is operated in and directed to users within the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

The Site is a personal undertaking. It is not published, sponsored, endorsed, reviewed, approved, or authorized by any Affiliated Party. No Affiliated Party bears any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any Content appearing on the Site.

References to any employer, organization, property, project, client, credential, or engagement appear solely for the purpose of describing the Owner's professional background, and shall not be construed as an endorsement by, affiliation with, or authorization from any such party. All third-party names and marks referenced on the Site remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
